What makes Six Coffee ® so good?
It’s simple — 100% organic beans, roasted when you order. Green coffee beans, if stored correctly, can last well over 1 year. Once beans are roasted, to enjoy the best coffee experience, you need to consume roasted beans within 1 to 2 weeks of roasting. Once you grind your roasted beans, you need to brew it right away. So the sooner you can enjoy your beans after roasting, the better your coffee will taste. We roast to order and ship to you within 48 hours. This allows you to enjoy the flavors of the coffee at its optimum peak.
What’s the best way to brew coffee?
We love French press. One of the main benefits of brewing coffee in a French press versus a standard drip pot, is that more of the essential oils of coffee end up in your cup instead of a paper filter. As a result, more oils produce a richer, fuller flavor. Also, more of the good ingredients, such as antioxidants and nutrients, end up in your coffee.
Grounds used for French press coffee must be larger and rougher. These grounds tend to release more caffeine. A serving that’s higher in caffeine may also have health advantages.
Why is it called Six?
We believe doing things smaller creates greater good. We roast in small batches, six pounds at a time, allowing us to make precise adjustments to roasting temperature, airflow, and time. This intimate, hands-on approach is the soul of Six Coffee. We also encourage buying smaller amounts of freshly-roasted beans. If you buy only what you need, you will always be guaranteed the freshest coffee experience.

What is One For Sea?
One For Sea is a campaign that encourages companies to donate 1% of their sales and/or their time for efforts to save the Salton Sea. Being a small company allows us to make a big impact locally. We’ve made our social responsibility the Salton Sea — California’s largest body of water. We pledge 1% of sales to nurture the sea and protect it from disappearing. We call this love local. So wherever you live, we encourage you to #lovelocal too.

What is Ready Roast?

When do you ship Ready Roast?
We ship Ready Roast Plans either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. You can always check this in your Profile, and if you want to change the day that an upcoming shipment is scheduled to head your way, just give us a call or text us at (760) 459-4585 or email us at info@sixcoffee.com.

Order Questions

What if I go on vacation?
Just view your Profile, where you’ll see your Ready Roast Plan. You can modify your coffee shipment schedule easily, and place it on Hold as long as you like.
What do I need to do if I move?
Just visit your Profile, where you can change your shipping information accordingly. You’ll see an edit button to the right of your shipping and billing address. Just click the edit button, update your address, click Save Address, and you’re good to go.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states in the United States. At this time, we don’t ship internationally, but we hope to sometime in the near future.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. We provide free hand-delivery for all Palm Springs residents and business.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
